Most of a building’s impact is spread over the decades it stands, not the months it takes to build. So we spend our effort where it compounds: orientation, insulation, a tight building envelope, efficient heating and water systems, and materials that will not need tearing out in fifteen years.
Ross Residence was certified BUILT GREEN gold, on a site where protected trees dictated the footprint. Rose Garden was designed with green initiatives from the start. Neither was marketing. It is simply the least we think a builder should be doing.
