How we build
We are a premium, boutique developer, and we build like one. Fewer homes, more attention, and a name attached to the result long after the sales centre has closed.
Rooted in place
We start with the site and what is already there. At Ross Residence the lot was tight and full of mature trees, and the trees were protected. We could have fought that. Instead the buildings were planned around them, and the homes are better for the shade and the privacy they got in return.
A house should look like it belongs on its street. That is not nostalgia, it is just paying attention.

Built to last
Quality is decided in the parts you never see: the envelope, the insulation, the flashing, the work behind the drywall. Those choices are invisible on the day you move in and obvious fifteen years later.
We hold trades and materials to the standard we would want in our own homes, because a boutique developer only gets to have the reputation it has actually earned.
A lighter footprint
A building’s real impact is spread across its whole life, not the year it was finished. Orientation, a tight envelope, efficient systems, and materials that do not need replacing are worth more than a feature you can photograph. Ross Residence was certified BUILT GREEN gold, and that is the direction of travel for everything we build.
Our process
Site
We study the land, the street, and the neighbourhood before we draw anything.
Design
We plan homes around how families actually live, not around a unit count.
Craft
We build with trades and materials chosen to last, and we check the work.
Handover
We hand over the homes, and we stay reachable when something needs fixing.
