Our story
Tavanco Group began investing in British Columbia real estate in 2002 and established its development division in Vancouver in 2013. The team brought fifty years of combined international experience in development, construction, and investment, across both residential and commercial work.
Since then we have built across British Columbia and the Lower Mainland: townhomes in Lynn Valley and Silver Valley, custom family homes in Upper Delbrook and the British Properties, and flats and townhomes in South Cambie. We build a small number of homes at a time. That is a deliberate limit, and it is the reason we can still answer for every one of them.
